Recently, our company successfully completed a full-scale static load test for a customized 67-meter C3DDR D-type steel bridge in our factory, with overseas clients and official SGS third-party inspectors attending and witnessing the entire testing process on-site. The whole test achieved perfect data results, fully verifying the structural stability, load-bearing performance and manufacturing precision of our customized long-span steel bridge, delivering high-quality and reliable infrastructure equipment for overseas engineering projects.

This customized C3DDR D-type steel bridge adopts a long-span single-span design with a total length of 67 meters, assembled with 2 standard sections of truss structures, breaking through the construction limitations of medium and short-span conventional modular bridges. The bridge is designed as a 4.2-meter single-lane traffic passage, equipped with standard anti-collision guardrails on both sides to ensure driving safety. To meet the multi-functional operation demands of the project, we specially customized a 1.05-meter external hanging pedestrian walkway, realizing the separated design of vehicle traffic and pedestrian walking, which greatly improves the comprehensive utilization value of the bridge.

In terms of structural configuration, the bridge adopts high-specification H500+140 beam panels as the main load-bearing beam system. The thickened and reinforced beam structure effectively enhances the overall rigidity, shear resistance and deformation resistance of the bridge deck. The whole bridge is manufactured with standardized precision welding and fully hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment. This mature process can effectively resist corrosion, rust and aging caused by harsh outdoor environments such as high temperature, humidity, salt fog and rainwater, greatly extending the service life of the steel bridge and adapting to various complex overseas construction scenarios.

The most critical part of this project is the 55-ton super heavy-load bearing design, which puts forward extremely high requirements on structural strength and overall stability. To strictly verify whether the bridge performance meets the design standards and international engineering specifications, we carried out a scientific and rigorous full-scale static load test in accordance with international bridge testing standards. During the test, professional test equipment was used to simulate the actual heavy vehicle load operation state, and real-time monitoring and data collection of structural displacement, strain change and overall stability were conducted.

Throughout the whole process, overseas client representatives and SGS authoritative inspectors conducted full-process supervision and verification, strictly checking every test link and data index. The final test data shows that under the 55-ton full-load working condition, the bridge has no abnormal deformation, structural displacement and strain indicators are all within the safe allowable range, and the structure rebounds normally after unloading, with zero residual deformation. All performance parameters fully meet the design requirements and international industry standards.
